Storage and workshops units are available in many different sizes from £5 per square foot. All rents are exclusive of VAT, business rates and metered electricity.
There is a short contract to complete and sign which consists of a 6 month rolling lease with three months notice to vacate from either party. Payments are due in advance on the 1st of every month by standing order.
